Biography
I was always interested in understanding how people think and behave. This led me to pursue a masters in psychology, which has been my passion for as long as I can remember. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, my focus shifted to the impact of stress on mental health professionals. I had the opportunity to speak with many of my colleagues about their experiences, and what I found was truly fascinating. It is my hope that I can contribute to our common goal of learning about and developing more resilience and strength.
