Throughout my professional journey, in addition to providing early intervention to the under-6 population, I have grown to love parent coaching and outreach with community programming and paraprofessionals. It’s a privilege to develop relationships with families and support them to build skills and learn strategies that help them connect with their children who have diverse needs in their daily lives. Seeing families become empowered and grow in their confidence ascaregivers and advocates is truly a wonderful experience.
I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and am RASP Category A certified. My child-led, play-based approach to early intervention led me to gaining additional certification as an Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist. My continuing education has focused on trauma-informed practice, mental health and parent coaching.
