Role Summary

·    Conduct and document remote intake interviews using our structured template.
·    Summarize findings and present them to the supervising psychiatrist.
·    Protect confidentiality and participate in weekly supervision meetings.
·    Shadow and take observational notes during psycho‑educational, autism, and ADHD assessments (primarily in person).

You Are

·    A recent grad or final‑year student in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, or related field.
·    Planning to apply to medical school or graduate programs in psychology/mental health.
·    Proficient in spoken and written English.
·    Empathetic, professional, a great listener—and highly dependable.
·    Available ~10 hours per week for 6–12 months.
·    Comfortable working in a hybrid model and maintaining strict confidentiality.

About All Brains Clinic

Based in Vancouver, BC, All Brains Clinic specializes in the assessment and care of neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and learning differences. Volunteers gain unique exposure to both neurodevelopmental and psychiatric evaluations, combining remote collaboration with occasional in‑clinic experiences.

Time Commitment & Requirements

·    ~10 hours per week (flexible scheduling during business hours).
·    Hybrid engagement: remote interviews plus periodic in‑person assessment days in Vancouver.
·    Education – Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field
·    References – Provide two recent academic or professional references attesting to your reliability and character
·    Background Check – Consent to (and successfully pass) a criminal record & vulnerable-sector screening
·    Confidentiality & Ethics – Sign our confidentiality agreement and uphold professional standards throughout your placement
